As a staff member, I am proud to have my name and my reputation associated with BDN. I had previously worked for BDN but had left due to family reasons and now couldnt be happier to be back. With any job you never know truly what is like till you're in there, I've been a few diff centers over my career and BDN is the only one I've ever considered returning to, I've worked in centres that werent even sanitary for the kids or staff, so purple on the walls isnt even a real issue due to the fact that we're busy meeting the emotional/physical needs of the children instead. This time around I knew what Id be walking into and chose to return. The parents and staff communicate daily to be the best environment possible for the children. The cook is certified & follows the food guide daily while keeping a clean kitchen, Tina is approachable and runs the centre well. My name & reputation are important to me so as I said before I am pleased to be associated with BDN. Thank you parents, children and staff.
