We are not satisfied and cannot refer anybody to the Appleby Child Care services. We mainly are not satisfied with how the centre was managed during last half year: the administrator changed. It looks like she doesn’t have enough time for administration because she works as a teacher as well, Teachers are changed often, children stay in lower level for half year when they should be moved to the proper age group, the deposit return policy required four weeks notification in writing. We even didn’t receive half of deposit when provided note several month before. It looks like the busy administrator forgot about our last day and we had to pay half of our deposit. After the complain the owner assured us that we will receive it back. But haven’t seen the money and owner ignored our emails when we asked when we receive promised deposit.
