Firstly, I would like to make it clear that my issues are in no way related to the staff members at this centre. The staff is amazing and my children adore their teachers. My major issues lie with the "parent company" that bought this daycare last spring. From the moment EDLEUN Inc took over, we have had nothing but trouble. In order to keep this to the point, I am going to highlight the items which I am thoroughly upset and disgusted by: * EDLEUN is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Do you really think shareholders care about your or my children? They are in it to make money. * Edleun has raised our monthly fees AND added an annual fee and I haven't seen ANY improvements to equipment, materials, food, etc. In fact, one staff member told me she had to buy construction paper out of her own pocket in order to do art projects with the children. * I have had MULTIPLE issues with the Accounting department over-charging me, withdrawing my monthly fees twice and on the wrong dates...
