They are the second most expensive daycare in Cornwall. We took our child out after one year, when we were accepted elsewhere where there was a waiting list. The staff is rude with the children, they rarely change diapers, and the owner is unprofessional. We had several issues there and couldn't wait to get out. We know numerous other families who were attending there as well, and all have left for similar reasons. THe discipline is not acceptable in terms of the Day Nurseries Act, and you can tell the staff don't even want to be there. There is constant gossip about other children and parents. The overall setting is unprofessional and unpleasant.
