Today (August 5th, 2010) I was at Lamoreuix (spelling?) Park in Cornwall, ON. This day care was there with a few children and staff for a day in the water park. I was with my children, and when it came time to leave, I had noticed a child crying. The daycare group had been gone for hours, and I had come to realize that this little boy only about 4 or 5 years old had been left behind. It was almost 2 hours that he had been left at the park, and only about the last 20 minutes he had noticed no one he knew was there, he was crying and seemed very upset. The daycare was called, and had NO IDEA that this little boy was missing. Proper care should be taken for children, especially when left in the care of 'professionals'. I do sincerely hope that the parents were made aware of this incident.
