worst daycare i've ever seen. the director just graduated from college a few years ago and very inexperienced. teachers are inexperienced as well. some of the young teachers look like "models" rather than teachers; they seem to be buddies of the director when doing the ECE at Algonquin. when the kids are outside, the teachers simply get together and chat among themselves rather than watching the kids. portion of food is not enough and my kid is always starving and thirsty when picking up. the 2 month notice of quitting is just ridiculously long. teachers have no heart to teach, nor put any effort to do crafts with the kids. instead of waiting for the 2 month, we withdrew one month early (forgone one month fee). the director didn't even ask why we were quitting one month early. she didn't care at all!
