I was looking forward to my son (2 1/2) starting care here because it was close to home. When I picked him up after his first day I got quite a bad feeling from the staff. When I asked how his day was the answer I received was "fine". That's it. They didn't tell me how his day was or anything. On my way out I witnessed a young child being scolded for pooping in his diaper. I would never talk to my child the way he was being spoken to. This was immediately a red flag for me. The facility is clean, but I feel the staff lack a true passion for child care. When I spoke to the supervisor about my concern she had little to say and did not object when I said my son would not be returning. Again another red flag.
