All of the infant room staff were fantastic and very caring. I could see from watching on-line that he was cared for very well. The room was fairly small though for 10 kids and the equipment was dated. The outside playground had decent equipment but was in a parking lot with no grass or trees. The toddler room was extremely small for 15 children. Staff let the toddlers outside in cold weather without boots or mittens (when I say cold I mean as low as 3 degrees). Kids were allowed to nap for 3 hours if they felt like it - easy for staff to deal with them while they were sleeping but not so easy for parents to deal with at bedtime. General feeling I got from the toddler room staff was that they either did not care about my concerns or brushed me off as overreacting. As there was a video camera in the room, I could see my son staring out of the window most days for hours during "free play" with little if any encouragement from staff to become involved in activities. Adminstration was cold and uncaring.
