Was told: -homemade snacks/treats -good numbers -great program of activities Actual: -snacks are "open a box" type with juice -overcrowded, uses her children as "staff" to allow her to have extra children, not even enough room for children to all sit in care area on furniture at same time -never saw the TV off or any activities being done with children -staff like to "talk about" other parents, I heard who lost their job, who was rich, who was LGBT, everything that was not my business!
