I had three children with Daddy Daycare over 5 years beginning at age 5. Ray provides fabulous care. He is compassionate, caring and involved with the children in his care. He takes a real interest in them and sees his role as raising great people not simply a baby sitter. He is consistent, enforces fair rules according to the childs age, and is true to his values as a parent. My children trusted Ray and looked to him as a confidant, openly sharing their days ups and downs when they arrived there after school. Similarly as a parent he was open and honest with me, providing me with timely feedback on their behaviour and participation at the day care. I highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for a home care solution for their children. Susan
