I had my children in this day care for 6 months, the lady seems nice but she has a horrible attitude towards the parents. She charges you 2 weeks of paid vacation for her, not even 1 day of vacation for you, she tells you she will give you receipts and she won't, she constantly takes paid sick days and will charge you ridiculous late fees even if you are late for 3 -5 min. Sometimes she was in a really good mood other times she did not even look at your face and say hi when you go and pick them the children. Her facilities are really good but she is taking advantage in a lot of ways, because she knows there are no day cares around that area. She also took care of 5 babies between the ages of 1 and 18 months at the same time; once my husband forgot something and he went back and he found my son alone in the stairs. I usually do not do these things, but this lady just wasn't fair to me, and I ended up paying her about $8000 without any receipts.
