The main caregiver, Danuta, is a very difficult person. She thinks too highly of herself and her experience and will not accept any kind of criticism, even if given in a respectful manner. She asks to be paid in advance or first thing in the morning every day for services she hasn't provided yet; she asks parents to buy the milk that she will give to your children if you want them to drink milk more than once a day because she says it's expensive... Who does that?!? The main playing area has a rug that is completely filthy! The children are left alone sometimes, and without a safety gate to prevent them from climbing the stairs and hurting themselves. What I did like about this daycare is that they don't require payment for holidays that are not worked, nor will they charge you for taking some time off with your children as long as they have a month's notice. I also liked that they serve fairly nutricious meals.
