I never recommend this day care, she just tooked the money from me and then she could not take care of my child and never provide me police record , i just trusted her and paid the money to her , the she said she is not able to do it and the money is not refundable??????????? really?????? thanks god that my child didn't gone there i don't know how she would treat him

In response, it was very clear in the NylaKare Handbook about timeframes, refunds etc. This was not followed and my contract was not broken. I understand that there are hurt feelings, but everything was completely clear before and after signing of the contract.
