Mel has been taking care of my son since he was a year old. She is the only daycare provider that I felt completely comfortable leaving my son in her care. She has taught my son to go up and down the stairs by himself, to be polite, to wait his turn, and most importantly she potty trained him and he was fully potty trained by the time he was a year and a half, close to two. I am so grateful to have had her as my provider. She is honest, caring, sympathetic, and she actually takes good care of the kids as if they were her own. Her fees are very reasonable compared to other home daycares. Her home is clean and safe, she is responsible and hardworking. My son has reached so many milstones a lot faster than he would have if Mel wasn't there to teach him. Every day my son would come home and tell me how much fun he had and all the things he learned. I am extremely grateful to have her and I am sad that my son will begin kindergarten in september and will have to stop going to daycare.
