There is yelling and aggressive tones by the teacher's which caused my child to try to find places in the centre to hide out of fear. I know this because of the actual fear in my child, who was in the toddler room, and also because I walked in and heard it myself TWICE - my child only attended 3 days before we pulled him - that's right, three days and it was so bad

We have checked our records and have no child to have been here for a short time and then withdrawn. We are very proud of our centre and feel this is a false claim.
We would appreciate the above review be removed
