In July 2012, she agreed to provide child care for my son, during the upcoming school year. As I mentioned in our first meeting and following phone conversations with her, my son had been registered at a School and required drop off and pick up at/from the designated school bus stop. she said there was no problem with this issue. I trusted her knowledge and experience as a child care provider and signed the agreement. In addition, I provided her with a $370 cheque on July 18th.To be honest I also wondered how she could manage kids between her day care and bus stop, especially in winter.she brought this matter to my attention only two weeks before the first day of school she kept repeating that the deposited amount is non-refundable, despite the fact that she was not able to drop off and pick up my son at/from bus stop, as part of the services she agreed to provide How my deposit is absorbed into Nylakare Academy full program , if she is not even able to provide my child with this program?
