Just so you know, if you're looking for guaranteed availability, keep looking. there's supposed to be a backup provider if the primary provider is unavailable but thats subject to availability. They are not under any obligation whatsoever to do anything whatsoever if your provider craps out on you and the other providers cant pick the slack
