I would strongly recommend that anyone needing childcare NOT put your child in this facility (St. Paul Street Location). I had my child here for just over 4 months and had numerious issues. The ratio they tell you - 1 staff for every 3 infants is NOT followed. I have dropped off my child and on pick up NEVER seen 1 for every 3 children. It is always way more and sometimes they bring the enfants into the toddler room due to not enough staff - so now you have workers trying to watch older children with younger ones. They do NOT give the children the proper amount of Supervision they need. My child had Numerious injuries. It seemed like one a week for a month!! The staff did not handle the situations well and came across as very rude to my family members on pick up. My child had injuries that were bad expecially for her age! Some of the younger staff members were using their cell phones whenever I seen them. And the facilities looked like they were not cleaned on a regular basis. Dirt Everywhere! Awful Place!!
