Tracy is an absolutely wonderful person and a truly fantastic babysitter. She was our sitter for 31/2 years and we will be forever grateful that our boys had that time with her. Tracy brings a wealth of experience to this job and this helps to make her the great child care provider that she is. We have always been impressed with her organization and the children in her care benefit from this. For example, toys are traded in and out so that the children don't become bored with them, naps are always at a constant time, time is taken to work on homework after school, and the children regularly do a variety of crafts. Tracy loves the outdoors and when your children are with her you can be guaranteed that they will spend far more time outside than they will inside. Our children loved their daily walks, trips to the park and the many activities that they did while playing outdoors. We loved the fact that we could count on Tracy to serve healthy meals and snacks. You won't find a better caregiver!
