Huge turnover of kids. 5-6 kids left in the last two months. We just started, but I plan to take my kids out too now. Director - doesn't respond to emails/phone calls well - no checklist of things to bring/provide - forgets invoices/receipts - I see parents follow up monthly Teachers - some are great; some are not - ratios are not observed in the AM - once we saw 5 kids and 1 teacher in infant room - mostly free play; occasional songs circle/stories/crafts - minimal interaction with kids - saw on webcam that they clean up at 5pm. kids that stay later get minimal toys Hygiene - it seems not all kids use indoor-only shoes (yuck) - cleaners come once a week - they use bleach; my kids come home with bleached outfits often Meals - prepare to bring food for your child; they don't provide enough food. A few other kids in my kid's class had 2-3 containers of snack daily. - on cold lunch days (when no kids eat), expect to have to pack food for your kid Better daycares for this price. I'm trying to leave ASAP.
