1-There is absolutely no routine and learning programs, kids are playing by themselves all day. There is rare that you see they’re doing something with staff’s direction.(If it’s important for you that your kid learn sth during the day)2-Taking a kid to the washroom was always a mess, many time they forgot to send my daughter to the washroom for 2/3 hours.(despite I was reminding them every day)3-Lunch time: one of the staff throw foods and snacks to the kids which we didn’t like at all!More than one occasion one of them made my daughter cry and ignored her totally after.She requested for more food (was her favorite) and she didn’t give it to her while herself eating kid’s food and send my daughter for a nap crying.4-One of preschooler staff is so aggressive towards kids and ignoring almost all the kids the whole day except one kid who is related to one of them and is the only one she is carrying, playing, feeding and giving attention to.5-You’re at work while your child is being raised voices and yelled at.
