Very expensive childcare but okay. New building with fenced outdoor play area. There was a high staff turnover, which surprised me because it is a unionized environment. Significant favortisim given to some families in terms of promoting children to reduce their fees. Children didn't progress solely by age factors. No discount for multiple children enrolled. Children in the daycare/preschool are not guaranteed spots in the kindergarten program or after school program.
