First impression after talking with Ms. Laura was very good, she was warm caring person with voice like from cartoon movie just perfect for the kids. In just 7 months entire staff changed twice. Pita bread with small piece of cheese is called 'hot meal'. During winter when we had -20C kids were going outside twice a day, during summer when we had really nice weather only once or not at all. My kid was coming back home, putting dolls in line and screaming 'be quiet' 'Stop it' Daycare is in a basement, the biggest problem with that daycare: wet carpets, carpets are soaking wet during summer, probably due to AC leak. I went inside with no choose and my socks were wet. kids play on rubber pads but very often get wet. I can only imagine fungus and bacteria under the carpet; it is defiantly not healthy environment. Not to mention smell from the washroom located just beside the kitchen. Beware and stay away.
