Ok. So the lady that was giving me the informations about the day care is amazing. he knows a lot about child development and she really pays attention to kids. I was impressed and i hope she was the actuall care provider...but she had stuff that did take care of the toddlers and i think she should not work there cause she was very agressive. I did go with my child the first day, and there was a new boy at the group. He was crying and crying cause he was left by his parents. She left him crying ( on the second day ! ) and when he tried to get up crying and calling mummy she crabbed him and said with a high voice : sit down!!!" no walking around. I mean come on!!! you have to welcome the child and show him that you will take care of this boy especially on the first days!she was rude, cold and said...they will get used to it and he will stop. These babies are not even 2 years old. We have to give them affection not coldness and excpect them to adjust with such a harsh way...
