We have had a history of encountering the following: -very poor outdoor time (any excuse to stay in) with no indoor substitute -unenthusiastic staff -poor management/administration -repetitive programming (kids bored) -not being informed of circulating illness (nothing posted when another child contracted hand/foot/mouth, stomach flu etc.)
