This daycare is bad in so many ways and within 2 weeks of entering my child into it I took steps to have her removed. The facilities are normally filthy, dirty cupboards, floors etc. The childcare workers are not attentive to the children and children are ignored when crying (I often came in to find my child crying and no one attending to them). The system to keep track of activities is awful and often you are told your child slept/ate/went to washroom at times they did not when they are confused with other children on the record form. The food is incredibly unhealthy, just reheated meals, often high in sugar and fat. The management is the poorest, with a very rude attitude, incorrect billing practices that result in charges you were unaware of and no consideration given to parents. Children are shipped from room to room at different hours, with teachers you do not know and other ages. This is the worst daycare I have encountered in my life.
