I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Windermere and its staff. Personally I have witnessed the staff demonstrating and following the "15 second rule" with hand washing, and tend to pick up my child after 4pm - on the outside playground. The curriculum is posted and followed, and my child really enjoys going to daycare - what more could I ask?
