Brittany,the owner and operator of the business is not a truthful or loving person.To begin with,she didn't disclose that she was pregnant and was expecting a baby end of Nov.2017 when I enquired her for the availability,as we were going to start the care begining of Dec.2017.She only told us about that about 2 weeks before her due date,when we didn't have any other choice.I never saw her sooth my crying baby(told to not be loud)when I dropped them off, or even show any kind of affection.Made us keep our kids home for even slightest runny noses as she was afraid that her kid would get sick.My baby was home 1 week-not sick,I had to take unpaid time off work and still pay her for those days, not very convenient! And if your payments are late for even 1 single day,a few times (even when they are a week in advance),guess what,she would teriminate her services,without any notice,she wouldn't even open the door for you, even when she's in there, or answere your texts or calls, like she vanished in thin air, RUDE!
