I give this daycare the highest rating as we've being going to Charmaine for almost 5 years, we are expecting another in a few days and even though I will be on maternity leave she is willing to take my daughter in while she's still going to school so she doesn't loose her spot on the bus or lunch program at school. If there is any type of concerns we are able to talk to her right away about our issues and everything is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
