staff- unwilling to work with parents on behavioural issues, lack of experience makes them seem unprofessional, lack of general office ettiquete (hearing back after leaving numerous messages), fabricated incident reports that were back dated, curriculum- there wasn't communication to know what the kids were working on; school contacted the daycare and daycare was unwilling to work with the school Facilities- in the basement of connaught school and very little light, and dingy My child was discontinued for bringing a soccer ball to the daycare, and we as parents were listed as non-compliant. I appealed to the Board of wise owl, after a lot of back and forth and fact finding on my own to get the Boards phone number. I ultimately had to go to SaskEducation for the board contact information from SaskEd, it is public information. The board sided with the director and my son was discontinued. Social services, the school and I were very invested in working through the issue, but the daycare wasn't.
