Wise+Owl+School+Age+Care regina daycare listing rating child care review

My son was at this daycare for almost one year, during this time he began hitting, swearing, and threatening. We had requested on multiple occasions for help/recommendations with our sons behavioural issues and was told they would look into it. Personal attention was minimal, our son had been left outside without staff knowledge. A door in the facilty had been broken and had not been fixed by the time we left (over 6 months). I was called on multiple occasions to pick my son up because they could not handle his issues (had not tried any interventions, calling me was the go-to). On several occasions staff could not tell us why our son was in different clothing because there was little commnication between the staff about the children. Afer one month of our son being at a new daycare, all his behavioural issues have stopped. The environment at Wise Owl is not conducive for a child with anxiety issues and most of the staff does not seem interested in caring further than the basic requirements.
