When i walk in to pick up my child it is often that either my child or other children are left unattended with a basket of marbles and the children have them in their mouth. I see frequently children hitting other children and the caregivers not giving the child a time out or telling them no (they seem to sigh and be annoyed that the kids are Still hitting). In the mornings on a few occasions there are more children to the caregiver ratio. I worked at a daycare before therefore know the ratio. When issues are braught up to the director, she seems to be stern and not wanting to hear the complaints. My child is on the waiting list for another daycare until then i will have to keep my baby here :(
