Daycare description / philosophy
Cute as a Button Home Daycare aims to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers and Preschool. My focus is to provide a stimulating early care and education experience which promotes each child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. My goal is to support children's desire to be life-long learners.
I had experience raising my own daughter. I also have many years of experience babysitting kids in their own homes. I hold CPR and First Aid Certifications and carry the utmost highest standards of hygiene in my daycare.
Cute as a Button Daycare caters to kids from 2 years to 3 years of age.
My mission is to provide high quality child care in a family like setting in the community. In doing so, I try my best in supporting families in their efforts to reach their goals. I try to provide a cognitively based program for children ages two to three years in a home like environment where children are encouraged to develop at their own pace. I am committed to my families, providing support and encouragement.
My daycare is in a dedicated space which includes a large sunny playroom, separate sleep area, as well as a full kitchen and bathroom. I provide healthy and nutritious lunch and two snacks which follows the Canada Food Guide, and lots of activities which include:
- Children's exercise
- Story/circle time
- Singing/dancing
- Arts & crafts
- Outdoor play
Cute as a Button Daycare Daily Schedule:
