Welcome to Magic Dragon - quality home daycare in a loving, respectful and stimulating atmosphere. Smoke and pet free environment with a consistent caregiver. Inclusive language for all families. Early sign language.

I have an E.C.E. diploma with more than 20 years experience in both a pre school setting and home daycare.
My playroom is large with a classroom-like setting.

A glimpse at our day:

outdoor play in a large, shady yard and/or neighbourhood/puddle walks
art - emphasis on process rather than product
storytime
free play and quiet/nap time
age appropriate activities to meet all areas of your child's development:
. cognitive - numbers, letters, colours, sequencing, patterning, shapes
. self help - feeding, dressing, toileting, hygiene, making needs known
. fine motor - puzzles, threading, blocks, sorting
. gross motor - tent, tunnel, dancing/ movement, climbing, running
. social/emotional - feelings, turn taking, manners, respect for all
. language (expressive & receptive) - songs, repetitive predictable, text and conversation, conversation, conversation!
