Daycare description / philosophy
Hello! I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator. Currently, I am pursuing a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at York University. I have more than 2 years of professional experience at taking care of children in all age groups. I have a valid First Aid and CPR training and Police Clearance. I will be holding the Smart Kids Summer Camp this summer time for children 5-12 years old.
Smart Kids Summer Camp will be a fun and exciting experience. It will enhance your child's skills as well as extend their current knowledge about their community and environment. The weekly plan for the summer camp would be: Field Trip Mondays, Library Visit Tuesdays, Swimming Wednesdays, Curious Thursdays (Science/Math) and Art Day Fridays (follow-up activities will be conducted after each activity). There will also be a lot of outdoor activities such as visits to the park on a daily basis. The camp will be held from June 23 to August 29, 2014 at a child friendly environment. It will be open from 8:00am to 4:30pm. There will be two teachers during the summer camp. Extended child care will also be offered at an additional fee.
Field Trips included:
CN Tower
Toronto Zoo
