Daycare description / philosophy

In business for over 30 years, Westmount Preschool offers a bilingual educational program for children between the ages of 2 to 5. We offer a great alternative to CPE's and private daycares. Our preschool program provides an inclusive setting that recognizes the needs and abilities of each child. Our personalized approach allows us to create a learning environment that enhances cognitive, creative, social and motor skills of every child's development.

- Bilingual Program based on the European Language Program
- A 5:1 Children to teacher ratio
- Experienced University or College level educators
- Preschool program that ensures the learning of letters, vocabulary and writing through playful activities (arts and craft, nursery rhythms, stories, etc.)
- A balanced and engaging program that includes music and dance classes, yoga, and culinary workshops.
- Occasional activities of self-enrichment (library and Reptile Zoo visits, sports day, Christmas and end-of-year shows)
- Daily outdoor outings on school property and to the adjacent park
- Monthly newsletter with photos of all activities sent to parents
