Rates are amazing- however- on every occasion i have picked up my child , i have noticed that there is no light on in the basement where they are kept. It is a problem for me that the lights always seem to be off and makes for a dark and gloomy place for children. On occasion i have noticed that there can be up to 7 children under 5 in the daycare.
