Did not have a good experience with this daycare and we ended up removing our child and going to a TDSB daycare. The difference between the two is large and DTKA comes off as amatuerish compared to the TDSB daycare. Although some of the staff at DTKA are excellent especially Brendan the owners are very poor and it is apparent that this is a for profit daycare. The owners have the worst customer experience I've ever encountered and they treat the parents as if they are at daycare. I know a number of families have removed their children because of this. I am also aware that they have not implemented all the "recommendations" from the province something which would not happen at a TDSB daycare. Getting daycare in Toronto is hard and if this is the only one you can get take it but keep your child on the waiting list at others.
