We found the staff, and especially the leadership, to be deeply dishonest and disrespectful. You can't get an honest answer to the simplest questions. They do not return phone calls or emails. They think nothing of having you wait and wait and wait. Dealing with them was most unpleasant. We finally gave up -- which we believe is what they want people to do. Thankfully, we found a splendid private day care where people and their children are treated with basic courtesy and respect. Shame on you Leaside Day Care!
