It's been interesting reading the other reviews on this site. I have been on the waiting list for over years, and didn't realize that "the squeaky wheel gets the grease". I waited for them to contact me about a spot. It was not until this year that I had NO other options. I contacted them, explaining how we had waited for years for a spot, and we were given some hope. However, we have been "put off" every week for the past 4 months as we wait for them to "sort out" whether there will be spot. We phoned every week, and every week our phone calls and messages were not answered. It felt like they were screening our number, so when I phoned from a neighbour's phone, they actually answered. Our desperate persistance and wearing them down has payed off, as we've finally got a spot, but I do believe they want you to give up. I just couldn't afford to this time. It has, I'm afraid, left me with a bad taste in my mouth for their administration. I have heard good things about the actual staff, though.
