Leaside+Day+Care+Centre toronto daycare listing rating child care review

I have been on this daycare's list for months & months.Whenever I call they either put me on hold or totally ignore my calls.After what seemed like eons I finally was offerede a spot.However my children never seemed to settle & my youngest was in the infant room.She was left to cry & came home constantly in stained clothes( even though I kept clean clother on hand).The food is not too bad but they cater more to the children who have allergies,eating disorders,ec.Not that these children should be ignored but all children should be treat equally.The last straw for me was when I found out the supevisors had their own children on site as part of the summer "staff" & openly called themselves member sof staff.....I thought all staff had to be trained & qualifed.In the end my husband & I decided it was not the right place & pulled them out .We have since found them a much nicer place where the staff understand all of our needs much better.
