I had high hopes for this daycare, however, the poor communication and their handling of concerns was inadequate. Their ability to keep the children focussed, active and in control was minimal. Their summer program was very minimal compared to other daycares that my child was in. Their ability to write appropriate and factual incident reports was again inadequate. The support they receive from the main agency Victoria Village is next to nil. It is impossible to speak with anyone at the head office and to get a call back. As their info email line went to someone in finance and it took ages to get a call back. This a is for profit daycare for which many of the DNA rules do not apply. It was clear to me that this agency is concerned with profits not children. There is no openess to suggestions, recommendations or development of community that you would see in other daycares and that I have seen in other daycares. This daycare did not own any of their mistakes or issues.
