Daycare description / philosophy

Only 1 full time spot available for ages 2 and up! I’ve operated my family dayhome for 18 years with early Childhood Education Level 3. First Aid with CPR. Police clearance, and intervention check updated. Provincial Government Registered and licensed for 15 years as Dayhome educator working with an accredited agency for independent audit as well as payment management. I am dedicated to providing a safe, happy environment with a wide range of individual activities and experiences that encourage each child in my care to learn and grow. Daily activities; arts & crafts, circle times, numbers, reading, colours, games, music and movement, puzzles, painting. Monthly themes based learning educational certain topics may arise from different sources, such as a seasonal, weather changes, upcoming events. Outdoor planned activities, walks around the neighbourhood, playground, games, playing in my backyard; we learn through play. I provide healthy homemade hot meals; includes; breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks. My hours are from Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Gov’t grant and subsidy available.
