Daycare Openings, Description and Features

Daycare description / philosophy

I run a private dayhome in Mayland Heights for Before and After school care. I drop off and pick up students from Belfast Elementary and Ecole Mayland Heights Elementary. We are very close to multiple playgrounds for nice days and we have a nice yard to build snowmen in when the weather permits. One of the kids favorite activities is dancing, so we clear the floor and get moving and burn some after school energy! We have plenty of activities from arts and crafts, games and yoga, to reading or watching a movie. Somedays the kids truly need some time to relax and recover.

One of my biggest concerns with daycares for my own children has been nutrition, or the lack of. I see the white breads and cupcakes and I wonder why I pay for my child to spend the day eating food that I would never feed them. I'm all for a good snack that provides energy and stable sugar levels so that your children aren't crashing and cranky on their way home.

Although the kids are only with me before and after school I can assure you that as a student of Natural Nutrition you will have Happy healthy kids!!
