Daycare description / philosophy

Hello Parents,

I am a teacher who is opening a dayhome as of Sept 1st, 2014. I have 10 years of experience in elementary education. I have taught grade 2, 3, 4 and 5. I have two boys of my own and have a passion for teaching and looking after children. I am currently in the process of getting registered with an agency and completing my carseat safety course as well as my first aid. We live on a quiet street directly across from a park and have large fenced back yard with a new swingset and water table. I am currently looking to fill one part time space for a child over 2. I can also take an after school child from Mckenzie Towne School if they can be transported to my house. I am less than a 2 minute drive, 5 minute walk from the school. I look forward to hearing from you!
We are a pet friendly home with two older cats.
