SHEPHERD'S FLOCK DAYHOME is a Christian based approved and regulated dayhome located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the community of Mahogany SE Calgary.
I focus on whole child development in a secure and nurturing environment for children to explore, love, learn and grow together promoting an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
My program includes an organized weekly themed curriculum with a wide range of fun and educational activities based on the children's interest, creative arts and crafts, story time, science activities, music and movement, free play both indoor and outdoor - to develop and enhance a child's essential social, emotional and academic skills.
I offer a dedicated security equipped child care space at my home with a fenced and pesticide free backyard and with a security alarm system. Nutritious snacks and lunch are provided.
I have a strong background in child care with 4 years of experience as a care giver at professional private educational dayhome and am now a stay-at-home mom of a 12-month-old boy. I am first aid/CPR qualified, received the level 1 child care certification from the government of Alberta and have completed the police clearance/intervention check.
