Daycare description / philosophy

I am a certified Early Childhood Educator working with an accredited agency. I believe early learning experiences expose a significant effect on later life and valued experiences develop excellent leadership skills in the long term. Children are nurtured, loved, educated and supported achieving thier highest potential.

My program is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy where the image of the child is capable and competent learners. There is a strong focus on planning with children's interest in mind and children are engaged in open ended activities where independence is actively encouraged. The children's development is supported through providing developmentally age appropriate activities surrounding all areas of development.
