ALDERGROVE WEST END: 2 PROVIDERS FOR THE PRICE OF 1 - Social Butterflies Agency does all our cooking, marketing and programming as well as back office work.

The Social Butterflies 24 Hour day home is a fun loving, safe, educational & healthy environment to have your children. The front of the home is dedicated for the children, with a common area used only for weekend times for fun sleep over nights with movie and popcorn down in our entertaining area in the basement or back living area. All area's are bright and welcoming to both child and parents.

We offer a regular and scheduled, circle time, a early education designed child lead/Structured program, outdoor and indoor play, board game time and of course LOTS of outdoor play into the fresh air.

Evenings/Overnights also include homework time, bath time if requested, evening snack, story time & board game time. We live right down the street from a HUGE friendly park with a soccer fields and Baseball fields and a playground it self. We also have a large private yard that is fully fenced, lots of toys, in closed trampoline, pool, swing set and more. Pool and Trampoline is ONLY used with a providers supervision and are safely set up for the children to enjoy the yard when not in use.

We are a smoke free & day home with 1 friendly cat, and one dog who both have their shots and although not in the day home much they still are around. Our food menu is as healthy as it can get, we concentrate on low sugar, low sodium, low trans fat and NO processed meats everything is made from scratch and baked not fried. (We do have occasional treat days - such as birthdays and holiday's or if we choose to bake with the kids)

All meals and snacks are provided for your children, serving 3 to 4 hot lunches and 2 hot breakfast a week the other 2 are paninis, sandwiches or cereal for breakfast. 2 healthy snacks are provided daily and they always consist of fruit and veggies and something solid like granola or crackers and cheese (for example. We guarantee 3 to 4 hot meals per week for lunch, however most weeks they get 5 hot meals if full time here.

Even though 24 hours, we stay within the maximum number of children allowed in the home at one given time by the child and licencing standards. We have a legal contract so both parties are protected; these contracts can be for any shift; Days, Evenings, overnights & weekend care. We have been open since August 2012 and are growing rapidly and have lots of parent references.

Drop in's are welcome where our numbers allow. This is great for parents that work odd shifts, overnights or have a need for a night out without the kids. We provide RELIABLE childcare, because we are 24 hours and we have staff members to help fill in when the owner can not work, you are guaranteed reliable childcare. There is always someone here to work for you!!
