Learn-N-Share Daycare is committed to creating a safe, warm, loving environment for children where they can learn and grow
At our center children will be given the opportunity to explore materials and participate in a variety of experiences. Activities are carefully planned and implemented in the classroom. Children are free to choose from age-appropriate activities including art, music, language development... Children develop self-esteem, independence and problem-solving skills as they make choices and assist in planning the environment and the activities. Our goal is for children to feel safe and secure. Children are treated with respect and kindness.
Staff are responsible for planning and activities, The planning will be based on the children needs and interest,

-Social : to help children enjoy exploring objects with adults as a basis for establishing relationships (e.g., plays 'peek-a-boo' ...)
-Emotional: to provide a safe and secure environment where children can develop pride, self-confidence, independent, self-control, and a positive attitude toward life
-Cognitive: to help children develop their ability to focus by pointing out things that seem important or interesting and then asking the children to comment and to express their ideas
-Physical: to help children develop and enhance their small and large muscle skills and feel confident by enjoying both indoor and outdoor play in order
-Creative: By providing the opportunities within classroom for the children to express themselves in one-on-one activities with the staff, small group and large group activities and independent play by allowing for opportunities to explore.
