Daycare description / philosophy
I offer full-time and part-time programs. The children are cared for and educated in a comfortable, safe, secure and stimulating environment. I follow a high scope curriculum which is a hands-on approach that encourages active learning. I try to base our activities on the children's interests and follow their lead.
I am certified in ECE (Early Child Education), CPR & First Aid and a current Police clearance check. References are available.
My daycare is open from 7:30am to 5:30pm
Entire main level of my home is child friendly and safe
Nutritious meals and snacks are provided
Daily outings (weather permitting), which may include in my fully fenced backyard, neighborhood walks and play dates with other childcare provider
Will encourage toilet training
Baby sign introduce to help with communication and language development.
Receipts available for your income taxes
Daily report cards sent home of child's activities, feedings, sleeping etc.
Daily planned art/sensory experiences which includes but are not limited to:
· Gross/fine motor area (crafts, baking, gardening, etc.)
· Daily interactive music time
· Circle time (includes storytelling, book reading, puppet shows etc.)
